Meagan Brunner

Director of Client Services

As Director of Client Services, Meagan is responsible for implementing notice and settlement administration programs in complex litigation and regulatory matters. She provides consultative advice on all aspects of the class action settlement process, from notice plan implementation through claims processing and disbursements.

Meagan manages projects to ensure it remains on budget and on track with the timeline outlined by the Court documents. She reviews Court documents and other relevant case materials and facilitates Simpluris’ responsibilities as ordered by the Court. In addition to managing day-to-day communication with the client, Meagan creates and delivers project reports on a weekly basis during the response period and completes any additional ad hoc reporting as requested and/or required by the Parties and the Court.

Meagan is an expert in consumer, data breach, mass arbitration, and employment settlement administration. Her case experience is vast, notable matters Meagan has been involved in include: In re Ambry Genetics Data Breach Litigation; Glass et al. v. Delta Community Credit Union; and Stanford et al. v. City of Atlanta, Georgia.

Meagan graduated cum laude from the Hanover College with a Bachelor of Arts.
