Simpluris seeks to hire a Marketing Associate based out of our Costa Mesa, CA office (preferred). The ideal candidate is a self-starter that thrives in a fast-pace, dynamic B2B environment. They are comfortable working towards high-level corporate objectives while responding to urgent needs from across the organization. They are experienced in project management with the ability to juggle multiple assignments at once, while upholding a high quality of work and keen attention to detail. Most importantly, they have excellent prioritization skills, ensuring delivery of all projects on time with the highest quality. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented and comfortable wearing many hats. They are constantly learning & developing their marketing skillset.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 annually.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, the Simpluris Marketing Associate is a critical contributor of Simpluris’ growing Marketing and Business Development Departments
Digital Marketing
The Marketing Associate is responsible for Simpluris’ digital footprint including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, directory listings and our brand website at Simpluris.com. This role works collaboratively with the Graphic Designer, Director of Marketing, Sales Team, and many key stakeholders throughout the organization to execute the task at hand. Therefore, it is important that they develop strong relationships with internal cross functional teams, including Executives, Client Service and Sales.
Sales Support & Content Creation
The Marketing Associate assists with lead generation campaigns including but not limited to inbound marketing, ABM, and tradeshow development as well as client loyalty campaigns including gifting, social events, and efforts to improve Simpluris’ “White Glove” service. The marketing associate will assist the VP and Director of Marketing in maintaining the team calendar, coordinating business development events, and preparing/executing the needs of conferences sponsored and attended throughout the year. This position will also be responsible for managing campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot.
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or another business-related field
- 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing or related field, preferably alongside a sales team
- Experience in Legal Administration or the desire to learn the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex info clearly
- Ability to plan, manage and execute projects with cross functional stakeholders
- Digital marketing expertise including content marketing and email marketing
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns using sound statistical methodologies and KPIs to leverage results to inform strategy
- Basic knowledge of website management and foundations of SEO
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
