As Senior Vice President of Complex Litigation Solutions, Christine fosters new and existing client relationships by developing and implementing strategic initiatives and ensures Simpluris is consistently offering best in class service for clients. With a focus on securities and antitrust class actions, she provides exceptional guidance throughout the settlement administration process.
With several years of experience in settlement administration, Christine is a trusted leader in the industry. Prior to her years as an administrator, Christine was a class action attorney for 18 years, including operating as managing partner of the Delaware office of a New York based securities litigation boutique. While practicing law, Christine was co-lead counsel in some of the largest settlements in Delaware Court of Chancery history. Additionally, she also spent four years in litigation funding at Burford Capital, the industry leading company in the space.
Christine received her B.S. from James Madison University cum laude and her J.D. from University of Notre Dame cum laude. She is an active member of the Delaware and Pennsylvania Bar, and the American Bar Association. Christine holds an Advanced Certificate in Mass Tort Multidistrict Litigation from the Bolch Judicial Institute at Duke Law. She has participated as a panel speaker at the National Association of Securities and Consumer Attorneys (NASCAT) Annual Meeting 2023 and 2024, Global Class Actions and Mass Torts Conference (Perfect Law) 2023, and Global Class Actions Symposium (Global Legal Group) 2024. Throughout her career, Christine has been recognized as a leader in the legal industry by Chambers & Partners USA, Benchmark, LawDragon, Law 360, The Legal 500, and The National Law Journal.
