SVP Client Services
As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Francis leads the Client Services team driving relationship management, overseeing client communications, and ensuring timely, effective resolution of issues. Additionally, Francis spearheads internal initiatives designed to strengthen service delivery, improve operational alignment, and elevate the overall client experience.
Prior to Simpluris, Francis spent nearly two decades at Epiq Global where he played a key role in scaling operations, driving enterprise-wide efficiencies, and modernizing core processes. He supported the company’s international expansion into Canada, United Kingdom, India, and Philippines, helping establish and operationalize new teams across those regions. Over the course of his tenure, he led more than 5,000 distinct client engagements and, at peak, oversaw a global workforce of more than 2,000 employees. Francis has been hands-on in some of the administration industry’s most notable matters including Payment Card Interchange, Wells Fargo Consent Order, OPM Data Breach, and Lehman Brothers Bankruptcy.
Francis attended the University of California Los Angeles. He has spoken at Employbridge Executive Forum, Interactive Intelligence Annual Conference, and Genesys regional conferences.
