Jason Jastrzemski

As Senior Vice President of Operations, Jason is a key leader in successfully managing and overseeing claims intake, call center, disbursements, banking, taxation, print/mail operations and projects closing activities. Prior to Simpluris, Jason spent over 23 years in the Mortgage Servicing space, within the same organization, managing various operational areas.

Jason brings extensive experience in the class action space and is instrumental in Simpluris’s claims administration, as well as supporting all existing and new vertical matters. Jason has worked on notable matters including Washington State Chicken and Tuna Price Fixing Settlements. He provided disbursements support for several notable matters related to the SEC, FTC, and attorney general enforcement actions. He has also supported electronic and check payments for multiple high profile Mass Arbitration matters such as UBER, LYFT, T-Mobile, lnstagram and Warner Bros.

Jason received his B.A. in Business Management, with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics, from St. John Fisher University, Rochester, New York in 1998. During his time there, he played varsity football and was named team captain in 1997 and in 1998 by his teammates and coaches.
