As Vice President of Business Development, Josh fosters client relationships and provides guidance throughout the settlement administration process. With more than 14 years of experience, Josh knows and understands the intricacies of class action litigation and is exceptionally well-versed in antitrust litigation.
Josh began his legal career at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll where he handled numerous complex matters. Josh was a key member of the litigation teams in several notable matters; including: In re Broiler Chicken Antitrust Litigation; Jien, et al. v. Perdue Farms, Inc., et al.; In re Dental Supplies Antitrust Litigation; In re Resistors Antitrust Litigation; In re Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation; In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation; In re Plasma-Derivative Protein Therapies Antitrust Litigation; and Allen et al v. Dairy Farmers of America. In addition to his robust experience, Josh co-chaired the EDiscovery Committee at CMST.
Josh received his B.A. from College of William and Mary and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania, D.C., and Massachusetts bars.
