Wes Alford

As Executive Vice President of Client Services, Wes leads Simpluris’ Client Services and Operations teams. With more than 20 years of client success experience, Wes provides expert analysis and guidance on all aspects of legal administration.

Prior to Simpluris, Wes served as both a Senior Director of Project Management and a Senior Director of Client Services at legal administration companies. In these roles, he was responsible for providing superior client service while using a consultative approach to administer both consumer class action settlements and remediation of corporate compliance matters.

Wes served in the United States Navy, both as senior enlisted advisor and limited duty officer specializing in next generation war fighting capabilities and technologies. Here, he led a team of more than 80 during six global deployments. Wes earned a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University, is a certified Scrum Master, and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
