Simpluris, Inc., a technology-driven legal administrator, is proud to announce Wes Alford as Senior Vice President of Client Services. Wes joins Simpluris’ executive team, leading both the Client Services and Operations departments.
Wes brings more than 20 years of client success experience to the Simpluris leadership team. Prior to Simpluris, He served as both a Senior Director of Project Management and a Senior Director of Client Services at legal administration companies. In these roles, he was responsible for providing superior client service while using a consultative approach to administer both consumer class action settlements and remediation of corporate compliance matters.
Wes served in the United States Navy, both as senior enlisted advisor and limited duty officer specializing in next generation war fighting capabilities and technologies. Here, he led a team of more than 80 during six global deployments. He earned a Master of Science in Project Management from Northeastern University, is a certified Scrum Master, and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
